Dr Polokaf didn’t even go over the MRI results with me, I got a shrug and “ there’s nothing we can do at this time.” Considering how much pain I was in that was the last thing I wanted to hear. This is not an office that cares about any patient. Please be aware that this doctors office cares only about your money and nothing else. I was a few minutes late after calling to notify office and was told that it is not a problem and just to come in after driving 45 minutes and being late 15 minutes doctor denied to see me and sent me away. I guess courtesy means nothing, when they schedule a time for you to come in and make you wait an hour is ok but for the doctor to see you when your 15 minutes late is an issue, so iro... read more
One of the best experiences I've had at a doctor's office. Everyone I interfaced with was kind, patient and professional. HIGHLY recommend this group, especially Dr. Gerhart who is extremely knowledgeable.
