My wife and I visited this location today for a doctor's appointment. On our way out, I did not read the sign that says cars must wait at the bottom of the hill as it was my first time visiting this location. The parking attendant Carlos berated me because I went up the hill and did not wait. Even though I explained that I was new to this building and I was not aware of the sign and how driving out worked. He ignored me and started to be unprofessional. NO TRANSPARENCY IN THEIR PRICING. THE POSTED SIGN DOES NOT INDICATE THAT YOU GET CHARGED THE MAX AFTER HALF HOUR. TOTAL RIPOFF FOR PUBLIC PARKING THAT IS NEAR a medical facility. Other parking garages clearly indicate pricing. 35 dollars for 1 hour & 31 minutes. Pricing is ridiculous. By the time you park and get to medical office, wait to be seen you are over a half hour already.

Parking is very compact and expensive. Some parking spots are two vehicles deep and they risk you getting blocked in.

My car got blocked in for over four hours, no attendant on duty. Security and management were no help, save yourself the time and money and park on the street.

I went to the dr at walk-in hours at 7:34pm finished in almost 30min (33min) and payed $30 when I left around 8:06 (I took the picture after I left coz I couldn’t believe the price) there used to be to be a flat rate after x o’clock. It’s a stealing. Who finish in the drs office in 30min with parking and everything 🤷🏼‍♀️I have to come here pretty often with 2 kids and myself and I did try to find a spot outside but after going 2 laps and nothing is available eventually you will go in and park here.
