Hidden costs. Staff was extremely rude and I feel indignant. I will never recommend anyone waste money on such terrible customer service. The massage was great but the staff was horrendous. I’ve never been treated so badly after paying and they told me that I had to pay 25 extra dollars because the price on Groupon was discounted. Please stay far away from this place. I will forever turn people away from it. BIG SCAM. HIDEEN COSTS
Massage with Suzy... wonderful... she stayed in the spots that needed it the most to use my massage time efficiently.
Amazing experience overall. Booked a couples reflexology massage. Both attendants were professional, massages were great and the space was clean and a relaxing environment. Will go back next time we are in Santa Monica.
