This place has gone completely downhill. I almost never leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst massage experiences I’ve ever had. When I called to book my appointment, I specifically asked for a good therapist and was told that the therapist I was being scheduled with was the best at the spa. That made the experience even more disappointing. I booked a Swedish massage because I wanted a gentle, relaxing massage after a long day at work. e receptionist came across very rude and unwelcoming to schedule our appt and me an my husband felt like a inconvenience for her time, She asked for my name and phone number wrote it all wrong didn’t really care. Then accused my husband of recording her with his glasses when they were prescription glasses not to record , she has such a disgusting attitude when it comes to customer service . Do not recommend this place

Yikes. I just called to book a 90-minute massage, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The receptionist came across as cold and unwelcoming, and I felt as though my call was an inconvenience. She asked for my first name, last name, and phone number, wasn’t able to capture the information correctly, so I had to repeat myself several times. She then asked for my email address. I bought a massage through Groupon. I called to book our appointment. Upon calling my wife was left on hold so long it was clear they forgot her. I then waited 1-2 hours and call again. Same rude lady answered and put me on hold for 15 plus minutes before going on Groupon and cancelling our massages. I highly recommend going somewhere else.
