Extremely disappointing experience. I’ve never been treated so poorly at a massage establishment. The service was unprofessional, and when I addressed the issue with management, they showed no care or accountability. Save yourself the frustration — there are far better places to spend your time and money.
On a vacation to Santa Monica earlier this month, I had the good fortune of discovering Santa Monica Massage on 2nd Street and scheduling with Lulu. I'm not new to massage therapy, but I must say, her skills and technique are among the best I've ever seen! A return visit will be at the top of the list next trip to West LA. Cheers
This place is an excellent choice for quality healing and relaxation bodywork choices. The staff are welcoming and the facility is tranquil, peaceful, well run and clean. It’s in a lovely building in a great location on Second Street at Santa Monica Blvd and just steps away from the ocean front park and third street promenade. Andrew the owner was wonderful and very accommodating when my husband and I were in the area for a day and the quality of the massage from the staff was superb! Highly recommend!!
