Between Tony and Wayde, they addressed almost all the issues I had, including resolving the tire situation, which I greatly appreciate. Terrible Experience with Santa Monica Ford’s Customer Service - I’ve been waiting over a year for a recall part to fix an issue where the breaks makes a horrible noise in reverse. Despite repeated follow-ups, they still don’t have the part. Recently, I scheduled an appointment to resolve three issues, along with routine service and the 4 tires replacement.
