I should have read these reviews BEFORE I booked this service for my wedding day. The driver did an unsafe turn with a member of my wedding party in the car and put his life at risk. The car got stuck across a road and right by a dangerous drop. My husband and the groomsmen were late to the wedding because they had to get rides from family members and Lyft rides. The man who answers the phone is a dick. He is brash, rude and quite insulting. Do not make a reservation if there is any chance of cancelling, there is a $25 fee.
