Had my Jetta TDI repaired for fuel injectors and work was completed as agreed, pricing was less than dealer and will go back when needed. Very Satisfied!!
TLDR: take pictures of your car and of your odometer before you bring your car in for service here!!! Rude, not open minded to any modifications which require knowledge of the batteries and alternator.
Overall: nice people & good communication but the devil is in the details . . . . . . First, let me say they are excellent on picking up the phone & explaining here. Also, you cannot miss the shop if you exit off the hwy 10 going west. Otherwise, access is difficult. When it comes to having an oil change, installing new tires or other "simple" stuff I have plenty of close by places I can go. But when it comes to something that requires a specialist it gets tough. I have come to pretty much despise the dealerships... I always feel like they could care less about anything I have to say and they are surely going try to take every dime they can.
