A+ They fixed our AC unit quickly and efficiently. Another local competitor tried to rip us off, when we called SM heating and air they fixed our issue at 10% of the price we were quoted by someone else. They are the best thank you
I had a A/C issue and my unit wasn’t cooling, I was referred to Santa Monica Heating and Air by a friend. I called them and one of the techs Orlando came out the same day and took care of the issue. He came out same day for an quote and 10min later he determined that all I needed was a new filter. He replaced it and I haven’t had an issue since. He was very honest and not out to get you for money. These guys are awesome.
Their administrative staff, Maria and Becky, were also great, explaining the best option for me as a customer. They even found me another contractor for my unit as they noticed that the repair should be done under manufacturer’s warranty and only the manufacturer's official dealer could file the warranty process. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for great services.
Prompt, professional service is what you will get with Sammie , the owner of Santa Monica Heating & Air Conditioning. He has excellent communication when it comes to appointments and reminders. When onsite he will explain all findings in detail and explain options for repair, then get the job done in a timely manner that doesn’t break your bank account. I highly recommend and will definitely be my go-to for all future work.
Jordan was awesome, friendly, processional and patient. He took his time eliminated each possibility until he found the cause of our problem. Not only did he repair our problem he also added extra protection so it would not happen again. We also purchased the yearly maintenance program for peace of mind and to have our HVAC units last for a long time. Extremely grateful to Santa Monica Heating & Air Conditioning.
