I had a A/C issue and my unit wasn’t cooling, I was referred to Santa Monica Heating and Air by a friend. I called them and one of the techs Orlando came out the same day and took care of the issue. He came out same day for an quote and 10min later he determined that all I needed was a new filter. He replaced it and I haven’t had an issue since. He was very honest and not out to get you for money. These guys are awesome.
Had an issue on a Saturday night. Santa Monica Heating & Air Conditioning technician called me right away and helped me narrow down the potential issues and arrived at my home Saturday at nearly 9 pm to solve the problem. On a hot summer night, this was an excellent experience!! Five Stars.

Santa Monica Heating & Air Conditioning Service is a great firm to deal with. Tech arrived at our residence three hours after we emailed him. He installed two air conditioners for us, each of which he had to carry up two flights of stairs from our building's basement. He was quick, pleasant, efficient and neat, and when he was through, he explained exactly what he'd done and how to undo it if we ever moved and needed to take our units with us.
Our sales guy went above and beyond on assisting us with getting a new AC unit. Had a hiccup on scheduling and he was able to keep our old AC unit working until the new one got installed. Customer service is hard to find and tech went above and beyond!! Great job Santa Monica Heating & Air Conditioning!!!
