Brought our Explorer in for service to Santa Monica Ford. Art hooked us up with Enterprise for a rental. We got our questions answered and the dealership was clean and organized. It felt streamlined. Although we decided not to go ahead with the service, the experience was pleasant and professional. Thanks for the help and direction.
