Such great service. I brought my car in needing a lot of updates and the team was so kind and helpful walking me through my options. And everything was completed faster than they predicted! I worked with Arturo who was super helpful and responded quickly to my calls and texts.
Art at SM Ford service center was fantastic! He was so informative, quick, precise, and fixed my car problems! I have a 2014 mustang, and he really knew everything about it! He even found another problem and fixed it so quickly! Thank you!
My service manager (Art) was very good at keeping me informed of the progress and notifying me of any additional issues with my vehicle before starting the work. Everyone on the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
