Due to insurance change, had to find a new dentist. I I was apprehensive about making the change, even after doing my due diligence with research. Made an appointment for my 6-month checkup. In the meanwhile a crown fell off. I was able to get in quickly. All apprehension dissipated. Current up-to-date with best practices. Everyone from the receptionist, hygienist, dental assistant and dentist were great with their work. Highly recommend.

They literally add on another X-ray for the next visit on their own, even though we just had one done 3 months ago (and they’re the ones who told me it’s only supposed to be every 6 months ??). Every single time I step foot in this place for an appointment, I’m hit with a surprise extra charge. Price and treatment transparency is practically non-existent.

Amber was so kind and patient the whole visit. She checked in on me for the duration of the appointment and always made sure I was comfortable and at ease. Dr. Jilbert took his time to explain and answer all my questions and I felt confident in his expertise. Overall, everyone was professional, kind, and considerate especially given my anxiety around coming to the dentist. Thank you!!
