I had very positive experience at this office at the beginning: friendly staff, no wait time, modern & clean…..up until Dentist JILBERT tried to replace my crown: the assistant could not fit temporary, Jilbert disappeared, I was told to return the following day. When I got home, I saw my lip bleeding as JILBERT had poked it w/ the drill which I did not feel since I was numbed. First time here. Was able to do a walk-in and get served with the first hour. Professional, friendly staff. Dr. Jafan has a very pleasant, reassuring bedside manner. Very good experience!
Great and professional operation from the receptionist to the nurses and the doc is amazing, insightful and dexterous makes him the man you can rely on to get the job done…Plus, as a bonus, the vibe musically when you 1st walk in calms any nerves you might have, making the wait ( which is not long if you show up at your appointment time) a smooth and easy first step.
