10/29/25- I am/was a renter of unit 403 in this building. I recently had to move out due to mold. There was an unhealthy amount of mold in over 4 identified places in my unit. The cause was all stemming from a building wide issue in the water shut off closet pipe room, extending from the basement floor 1 all the way up to the top floor (I think it is 14). The main water pipes for this building needs to change out and replaced, the chiller in their garage needs to be replaced. I don't like it when businesses have the funds to fix things and instead they put the money in their pockets and make bandaid fixes on stuff instead of just paying to get it done the correct way. And it a really nice building with a beautiful pool and wonderful views
