Update: please don’t move in here. The place is FULL of termites and termite damage which management do not care about. The drain in the garage and laundry room overflow pretty often (see pic) and there’s a huge hole in the laundry room and management just put a rubber mat over it. This place is so insanely overpriced. My rent has gone up by $400 per month since I’ve lived here. In addition my car was hit in the garage and management refused to provide video footage of the accident, despite a request from the police as well.... read more

Loud noises from above the popcorn ceiling - no insulation. Apparently Discriminatory against PSA Service Animals. And ADA.

Ive lived here about a year and can’t wait to leave!!! Don’t stay here! My apartment has been inundated with ants spiders and silver fish since day 1 and management have barely done anything until I started really complaining and speaking to the rental board. There wasn’t even a screen over the slats by the balcony door which are always open and where a lot of bugs come in. They refused to replace the screen and when I told the rental board they said that property management had to provide the screen which they then did. I h... read more
