It was a trust worthy expirience, nothing short of incredible! Before taking to Santa Monica Autoworks I drove the BMW to this shop at west of Sepulveda blvd half a block south of Venice blvd. Across from Carls Junior. After spending money and more than 4 months to fix a shifting problem, they diagnose the car as “the best thing to do is junk this car, it will not and cannot be started again”. These guys did great work and helped me navigate the nightmare of getting special parts from Audi. It was a long process but they got the parts, did quality work installing them, and I'm happy to be back on the road! Highly recommend Brian and the team.
