Please avoid booking an appointment with Aira Solis, NP. She rushes through visits and doesn’t seem to genuinely care about her patients. After waiting weeks for your baby’s check-up, she’ll spend barely 11–15 minutes with you before sending you on your way. It feels like a waste of time. She also struggles to answer questions clearly. You’re better off scheduling with a different doctor who will actually listen and take the time to care.
Overall, the care I received was fairly solid. Getting in touch with the front desk could be hit or miss; sometimes smooth, other times a bit of a challenge. The front desk team might benefit from some additional training, though that’s pretty common given how stretched healthcare staff often are. That said, my doctor (Dr. Jones) and her resident (Dr. Levan) were fantastic. They made the whole experience feel worthwhile, and I left feeling really confident in the care they provided.
*Review is based on customer service* Was on the phone with someone around 4:10pm, then I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Hung up, called back and no one answered (since they close at 4:30pm). So, I'm assuming whoever put me on hold just forgot about me and left for the day... lmao

The only good thing I can say about this office Dr. Barzargan, Dr. Crisp and Dr. Mas . All the others just don’t seem to care. The front desk staff is HORRIBLE. They don’t care about your requests to see specific providers, they give you a hard time scheduling, they just don’t care at all. Long wait times as well. And never any apologies for waiting almost an hour to be seen… ridiculous. ONCE AGAIN THE FRONT DESK STAFF IS HORRIBLE!!!!! I wish I can give zero stars.
