This has been my go to place for oil changes but our last recent visit included being told a part of my vehicle was not working properly, and given a paper with a very specific mechanic to go to. Beware when getting your oil changed here, there might be staff trying to get you to go to a specific mechanic for their own personal gain even if there is nothing wrong with your vehicle.
If I can leave a negative review I would! This place is corrupted. Do not support this car wash. This place needs a clean up itself.
Great service every time! Allen always greets with a smile and provides wonderful service from start to finish. He answers my questions, with patience. Definitely a place full of trustworthy technicians. Everyone seems happy to be there and to genuinely care about their customers.
My son is an employee at this lube station. He has been verbally harassed every other day by his manager, idk if I can put his name so I'll call him klunt. My son recently was fired & month later rehired by this manager. Wasnt the best experience first time around but my son went back asked for his job & they gave it back to him. Everything started fresh. For few weeks klunt seem to have some respect for him. (I forgot to mention, my son has seizures since 9 months old & yes everyone is aware of this.)
