I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this business. Despite calling ahead, no one answered, and yet they still asking to charge me $60 for a no-show. The staff was unprofessional, and the whole situation was handled poorly. I would not recommend to anyone.
One of the best walk in clinics I’ve visited. The doctor was very thorough in his exam and thoughtful in his recommendations. The staff was very accommodating.
Worst receptionist you can ever deal with. I called and receptionist to book an appointment someone picked up the call and put me on hold. I was on hold for 20 minutes and I decided to walk to the clinic while on hold, when I reached receptionist was sitting doing nothing. Upon asking why you put me on hold, she said I might be busy. I need not to explain you. So rude. I am writing this review while sitting in the clinic on 5-Feb-2025.
