This was the worst nightmare I have ever had. I am old and it’s very hard for me to move around I went to that clinic because a friend suggested it. I was met by Dr Karim Youssef he came into the room with a mask on his face and treated me like an unwanted patient. I came a very long distance to find a Doctor that only cares about himself and how many visits his clinic would get out of me. I left the clinic thanking God that he showed how he is. Lilian the pharmacist is beyond amazing; she always smiles, care, answer all questions and even check on us. Dr. Hany Karras experience and knowledge always speaks to the integrity and high level service we had. Without hesitation SMMC is highly recommended.
The staff from the doctors to the nurses to pharmacist are just simply phenomenal. Lilian, Joyocie, and Mariana go above and beyond. I highly recommend the medical clinic and the pharmacy
