I've had consistently frustrating experiences with the front office, call center, and medical assistants at Santa Maria Gastroenterology. The administrative side of this practice seriously lacks customer service. The front office staff are often rude, unhelpful, and difficult to reach by phone. needed feeding tube replaced told them that is what i needed they made an appointment had me fill out all the paperwork, wait in lobby for them to call me finally called me in to tell me they dont do that there. why not tell me shen i called for appointment i told them that is what i needed
