Rude and barely helpful staff. They frequently do not answer their phones. They provided inaccurate info to my husband. I spent a day and a half trying to correct them and ensure he would be seen despite what we were told. No consideration for patients having to prep and don't want to do so if they will be turned away. I don't know what the doc is like but based on staff, including office manager, I'd recommend going elsewhere if that's an option. Update 5/23/26: Continued issues with this medical group. This office is way over booked reception were very rude. I arrived 10 minutes early and waited over two hours they blame it on paper work but everyone went before me until I was almost last person to go in very unorganized

Not sure what the problem is, but I can't seem to get assistance from the office staff in figuring out why, for more than a week, after a few attempts with specific fax numbers and even date/time information re: the sending of the referral, no one can tell me why they aren't getting a much-needed colonoscopy referral for my elderly father..
