Rude and barely helpful staff. They frequently do not answer their phones. They provided inaccurate info to my husband. I spent a day and a half trying to correct them and ensure he would be seen despite what we were told. No consideration for patients having to prep and don't want to do so if they will be turned away. I don't know what the doc is like but based on staff, including office manager, I'd recommend going elsewhere if that's an option.

Not sure what the problem is, but I can't seem to get assistance from the office staff in figuring out why, for more than a week, after a few attempts with specific fax numbers and even date/time information re: the sending of the referral, no one can tell me why they aren't getting a much-needed colonoscopy referral for my elderly father.. most of the staff is kind and understanding but the receptionist/medical assistant is rude on the phone there’s been times where i call regarding a medication or appointment and they cut me off or hang up or just come off as irritated with me for expressing my confusion and concerns.

I’m so grateful for my doctor Atul Vachhani, he Answer all my questions or worries about my exam. I really recommend my doctor to anyone because he cares in the staff from desk are really nice professionalI give them
