most of the staff is kind and understanding but the receptionist/medical assistant is rude on the phone there’s been times where i call regarding a medication or appointment and they cut me off or hang up or just come off as irritated with me for expressing my confusion and concerns.
I’m so grateful for my doctor Atul Vachhani, he Answer all my questions or worries about my exam. I really recommend my doctor to anyone because he cares in the staff from desk are really nice professionalI give them
I am always taken care of. When I come in. And I have no complaints at all
Everyone was so helpful and nice. They have everything time so nicely that you’re in and out of there quickly. I was comfortable the whole time.
