this Office has always been wonderful and has always gotten me in and I’ve been treated but recently out of the blue. They called me and said doctor wouldn’t be in for a month that he’s out well now when I call they have no idea when doctors coming back and I need to be seen. They haven’t offered me any other doctor. They told me if I wanted to seek another primary care physician to go ahead after being with this doctor for over 20 years, this is how I’m being treated. It’s unfortunate that, as one of the few Spanish-speaking doctors in this community, he is unprofessional and lacks empathy. He does not conduct thorough assessments and is judgmental, to say the least. I recommend looking for other medical professionals, even if they are not Spanish-speaking, as speaking the language should not be the only reason to choose a doctor who is so disconnected and unprofessional. He tenido muchos problemas con esta oficina, además de que mandaron mi información de seguro mal y hoy me están cobrando el laboratorio, el trabajo me tocó hacerlo a mi para no tener que pagar, además de que no me informaron en su tiempo que ya mi seguro no estaba con ellos y me hicieron ir a una cita médica anual, lo que trajo que todos los pagos me toca asumirlos, $1200. No los recomiendo por incompetentes.
