I’ve used Santa Margarita Construction several times for work needed at my condo. They have replaced my floors, painted, repaired drywall, installed fixtures, etc. They always do a great job and give great pricing. Will definitely use them again in the future and recommend you do as well.
Rey and his team work excellently on my home projects that are too big for me to do on my own. He’s converted two garages into beautiful office and lounge spaces. Rey has done amazing work, from flooring to remodeling a bathroom. Everything he does has been very professional. He takes pride in his works and wants to make sure you are happy with his work too. Any time we are looking to update something in our house Rey is our guy.
Rey's team at Santa Margarita Construction was absolutely fantastic! I've never experienced such efficiency with a contractor before. Not only were they on time, but they even beat their estimated projection, completing the repiping of our house from old galvanized piping to PEX in just 5 days instead of the projected 10. Their ability to avoid disturbing the tiles we requested to keep intact with creative drywall cuts was impressive.
