I won't even bring my dogs. The place is disgusted. Two and a half 2 /3 hours, they say you need to wait omgggggg i cannot believe this place. It still exists here in new york. You get infection from this place.If you go in
If I could, I would give this dental office a score of negative 5 stars. Wait lines are 3 hours and up. The front desk are incompetent, unprofessional, and grudgy( If you raise questions they would move your file to the bottom of the line). This is not a professionally managed dental office. The quality of the dental work itself is BIG TIME questionable.
Don't come to this place. I had an appointment today after waiting a week, but when I arrived, I was treated poorly, and they didn't help me with anything.The service is extremely poor, and I have cancelled everything.
If I could leave less than one star, I would. This was, without question, the worst dental experience I have had, largely due to the conduct of the head dentist. She was highly inconsiderate and unaccommodating, and her approach set the tone for an office that lacked basic organization and communication. Wait times were excessive, with no clear direction or accountability from staff. This experience has left me with significant dental anxiety, both mentally and physically. I strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere!
I’m convinced there’s no proper system for reviewing prior notes here. I had to be the one to remember that they didn’t do the root canal and only performed a deep cavity filling instead. I’ve been in pain for a month. This was already my third visit to get this tooth fixed. Both times they just took X-rays and cleaned my teeth, without realizing (or addressing) that the cavity was right on the nerve the first time they filled it.
