If I could leave less than one star, I would. This was, without question, the worst dental experience I have had, largely due to the conduct of the head dentist. She was highly inconsiderate and unaccommodating, and her approach set the tone for an office that lacked basic organization and communication. Wait times were excessive, with no clear direction or accountability from staff. This experience has left me with significant dental anxiety, both mentally and physically. I strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere!

I’m convinced there’s no proper system for reviewing prior notes here. I had to be the one to remember that they didn’t do the root canal and only performed a deep cavity filling instead. I’ve been in pain for a month. This was already my third visit to get this tooth fixed. Both times they just took X-rays and cleaned my teeth, without realizing (or addressing) that the cavity was right on the nerve the first time they filled it. Her license needs to be revoked! Many years ago, I went there for some work, and shesaid that they gave me an injection prior to an extraction. I would have to wait a few minutes until it takes effect. Since I felt everything, I can assure you that they merely added water to the syringe. She's fortunate that I did not punch her in the face. AVOID GOING HERE! She basically onlycares about the money, not about you. I had to give her a star for review, but believe me it is a ZERO, like she is!
