Pre-paid for a micro-needling service ($800) and had been patiently waiting for over 8 months to be scheduled for it. Finally I get a call to come in and have a consultation with the Dr. Biggs before my treatment. I was shocked and disgusted by her unprofessional attitude, her response to not being able to provide the micro-needling service any longer was: "I don't have any staff... Very strange and bad procedure. Purchased 5 laser hair removal sessions. Had to pay extra for pain relief on top the session which didn't help much. The extra charge was not made clear until I had paid for and come to my first session. The procedure didn't work. But I'd already paid and kept going because of this. Then at my last session the tech offered 2 free sessions because it hadn't worked. Showed up for the first free session. The owner was there. Bad costumer service, you feel judged and mistreated when the owner takes care of you, she wants you to follow her goals instead of your own. You don’t receive service it looks like you are the one providing service.
