I own multiple STRs and have experience with several different property mgmt companies and without question, Santa Fe Vacation Rentals is by far the best I have dealt with anywhere. Since I switched to them here in Santa Fe, my property is renting consistently, their vendors are better, and they are just an overall superior operation to their competitors. Their responsiveness, availability, and effort are second to none. I recommend Santa Fe Vacation Rentals highly and without hesitation.
