Awesome bike shop! Probably the best I have ever come across as they are trustworthy, willing to listen, answer questions, and give good guidance when purchasing a bike and while attending and supporting local athletic events. They really want you to be happy with your purchase and are very compassionate about helping people get involved in the sport of cycling if that is your wish. Outstanding customer service; head-and-shoulders above my former bike shop in KC. Very informative ... both the owner and the technician gave me plenty of their time to answer my questions. No "rush her through" feeling, which is what I got at my former shop in KC. As a rider who is still learning, I greatly appreciate that!!
There is no doubt by the Grand Poo Pah that this shop is the best!!! Great Service, Great Atmosphere, Great Hot Water for my Japanese Pan Fried Green Tea, Great Indoor Training, Great products, Great Cookies, Great Comradeship and the Staff is SUPERIOR!
