This company has so much integrity best closing experience I’ve ever had. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt confident signing all the paperwork. If I ever close on a house again, this is the company I would choose above all others!
Two days before closing they found they had missed an entire parcel with the property. Awkward conversation with the owner at closing left us up in the air about the closing payment with no follow up communication. When our condo found partial tile from the previous owner still registered SF Tile literally said "not our problem". This level of lack of professionalism is not what you want to think about when having such important transactions.
