We did speech over Zoom with Mel and I found her very engaging and loving. Our daughter is tube fed and non verbal. She would get very upset when we brushed her teeth. After a few months of working with Mel we were able to brush her teeth without a battle and she also seemed more willing to have liquid in her mouth. Mel used techniques that interested our child like books and songs to talk about food and our mouths. We appreciated how she met our daughter where she was at. I would go back!
