We went here with my daughter during Covid and had the BEST experience for years. With my son, it’s been completely different. We are on a waitlist for months; I’ve called multiple times and told it will be 4-6 weeks (repeatedly). I called again today and was told we are 39th on the waiting list. I understand this is not their fault but I’ve called MULTIPLE times and not once did anyone tell me the number we were. The standard answer was 4-6 weeks. When we first reached out, we were informed that there would be a 6 to 9-month wait before we could secure an appointment. While we anticipated a wait, we didn't expect it to be that long.
