After my 6 month old was diagnosed with torticollis we enrolled him in New Vistas early intervention program. After a 2 month intake process we were told by them that they had no physical therapists to help him right now, and the wait would be months. We went here with my daughter during Covid and had the BEST experience for years. With my son, it’s been completely different. We are on a waitlist for months; I’ve called multiple times and told it will be 4-6 weeks (repeatedly). I called again today and was told we are 39th on the waiting list. I understand this is not their fault but I’ve called MULTIPLE times and not once did anyone tell me the number we were. The standard answer was 4-6 weeks. When we first reached out, we were informed that there would be a 6 to 9-month wait before we could secure an appointment. While we anticipated a wait, we didn't expect it to be that long.
