I was grateful when I thought I found an honest and reasonable roofer. Got a quote with a great price and had the work done. Ended up disappointed. Not everything necessary was completed, could have been a miscommunication. Either way I needed the work done correctly as I was selling my home. The roofer said to send him info on what else it needed and he would get it done. I was completely willing to pay additional.
