These people are crooks. In the 6 years we stored our belongings there, they continuously stopped taking our automatic payments out then sent us letters 3 months later telling us our stuff was up for auction. They claimed our card was declined, but the more you talk to these trashy people, the truth eventually comes out and the owner says "I forgot, okay. I forgot to take your money out."
