My dad was disrespected by a receptionist there. She was very rude and tossed his V.A. Card at him while he was asking for help.
I had asked a nurse if there was someway I could be prescribed medication for symptoms that were really causing me pain and distress, these symptom had been ongoing for 4 days straight with no relief from OTC medication that’s often taken to find some relief. She thought nothing of it and just told me to just take a Zyrtec and aspirin. Turns out I had a sinus infection, which I found out through outside means.
