The staff of Santa Fe Springs have been very helpful in all my needs and have been doing a terrific job. Maintenance does a very good job and they get the job done.
I am impressed by the remodeling of the apts being renovated but its been well over a month that we were told we had a place to stay. Application was done and deposit was Paid and all we are doing is getting the run around with the Employes. They have Poor Customer Service and have failed to keep in contact with us az far as turn around time in which we will get A green light for our move in. So far the time we did talk to the Reps there response is that the City Of Phoenix is holding them back and are backing them up. I've ... read more
