My husband and I visited the salt caves while in Santa Fe recently. What a wonderful, healing, relaxing experience. The price was very reasonable for the time allotted in the cave. Soothing music and the salt therapy provided a therapeutic experience and we will definitely visit again!
Interesting experience and concept but definitely not worth the price point.
This was an amazing experience! I met my best friend of 35 years in Santa Fe for some healing therapy. We started with the ionic foot detox and it was amazing. I primarily detoxed from my joints and the next day I could walk stairs like I haven't done in years! (Considerably less joint pain) Then we had the cave to ourselves and it was so calming and peaceful! We ended in the sauna with red light and aroma therapy. Edit: changing from 3 to 5 stars. The owner reached out saying it sounded like I had the wrong service. I went back to try the sauna again and it was what I had originally expected, a great sweat session with temps going up to 135. It was a different receptionist who explained things and it was a much better experience. I will definitely do the sauna again. I did the salt and sauna combo for the first time today.
