In Santa Fe in the middle of a trip. Trailer brake not working. They were able to order a new one and get it installed during our trip. Thank you.
I am very satisfied with Santa Fe. R.V. i would come to this place to gather my pop-up replacement parts, but then I went and saw their campers. I am very satisfied with my purchase of a new camper. Jackie was very helpful. Thank You Jackie. Also, the owner Jim was great at helping solve an easy problem and the technician was wonderful help with any of my questions i had. . This is the place I will always come to gather my parts for my pop-up and camper needs and repairs.
Way over priced parts and labor, especially considering service and was rude when I asked questions concerning a leak I was having and asked if it was fixable without replacing they made me feel like I was dumb.. then went to a plumber and they were able to fix for pennies on the dollar. They just want to charge you for new product for things that can be repaired

Great service. Great advice. Really helpful. Glad Santa Fe has this level of service. Installed a weight distro hitch which made a world of difference in the towing experience
