I am very pleased with the customer service at Santa Fe Rv. I had an issue with cabin power on my 2018 Keystone Cougar. Jim helped me to trouble shoot the problem, over the phone. I was able to find the problem and save several hundred dollars, thanks to Jim. I highly recommend Santa Fe Rv for all your parts and service needs. Great customer service.
Absolutely fantastic service! I came down in the winter from MN and found my water heater had burst and was leaking all over. They were able to get me in the next day, test my water system, found another problem, fixed it all in one day and got me back on the road. Everyone working there and especially Jackie were extremely kind and helpful. They even sent me out with a full tank of water for the road! Highly recommend! Thank you Santa Fe RV!!!
This is a terrible business! Do not bring your RV here. The staff were rude and unhelpful to me from the start. They kept my trailer for over 5 weeks and then told me they couldn’t work on it. Unprofessional and irresponsible!!!
Jim and his staff were wonderful in helping me with my camper’s leaky roof. He went out of his way with kindness and great service. Thank you so much.
