We had a great experience at Santa Fe RV due to the excellent customer service that was provided. All of the staff was knowledgable and courteous and greeted us as soon as we drove on to the sales lot. Being first time travel tailer buyers, SF RV answered all of our questions and gave us a thorough walk-thru of our new Starcraft Autumn Ridge Moab Edition trailer. The overall process of purchasing a new trailer was seamless and a stress free experience. I highly recommend SF RV.
I have ended up VERY frustrated with this repair place! Took my RV in a couple months ago and asked them to check for any breaks from frozen conditions, as my septic was leaking. When they said it was fixed and to come pick it up, they told me it was just the gate valve handle that was frozen open. But now I’m on my first rv trip since I picked it up and just found out it is STILL leaking!! They obviously never even checked further after unfreezing the gate valve! Needed wheel bearings and brakes checked on a fifth wheel. I am not from Santa Fe, but they let me squeeze in same day. Anyone that has added grease to wheel bearings knows it’s a labor intensive job. They did all four wheels and checked breaks. Even gave me advice on my break control. Very friendly and accommodating. If you are looking to buy an RV, this is the dealer to purchase an RV from.
