Took my car there in January. It's October and I still haven't received my car back. Very unprofessional
They took my $3,000.00 deposit on 3/6/25 to put a new transmission in my 2015 Nissan Altima, told me it would be ready in one week, dodged my phone calls for 2 weeks until I went into the shop. I was told the transmission was on back order and that they fixed the old one so I can just take the car. I called several different places and was told that was not true and the transmission was NOT on back order.
