1st issues I have had Sante Fe for 6 years. I was on the budget program where you pay 100.00 a month. I missed a payment due to my dad dying and they took me off and said I have to wait an entire year. They would not let me just catch up the payments and continue. 2nd issue Stove stopped working, I checked the tank and its empty. Well, my experience with the previous on us was good. I got a small tank. They build it 80% unfortunate part about my trailer is that it didn’t have a propane furnace so I had a hot water tank which was brand new a stove for cooking and then I had to move from my previous address to a different RV park in Chino Valley. Meanwhile, this so-called company charge me $155 to move my tank the previous owner of this said that they would move it provided it wasn’t very far was only 2 miles from my previous place and the problem was ... read more
If you want the highest priced propane around call these guys. Also, customer service is absolutely terrible. This is a California company which is even more reason to look for local and save.

I am so fed up with this company. My kids are sick due to the front desk ladies continuously saying my days are one day when there really another day. Having to wait for propane to even come to my house and by then I’m almost out and it’s freezing even with heaters on. The office lady has such a chip on her shoulder telling me it’s pretty much my fault when I call a week in advance.
