Worst customer service that I have experienced in over a decade. The salesman, Doug, was extremely rude. Would never suggest anyone to do business with them.
Worst experience in customer service in the past five years. The salesman, Doug, was too busy playing card game on computer to speak to me face to face. When confronted about his his inconsiderate service, he comes out of building red faced yelling cuss words. Will never recommend anyone to ever go there.

We took our Massimo side by side there since it was in warranty on Jan 31. After awful customer service, no communication, and them telling us it was this and that we had to call Massimo ourselves to figure out what the issue was. They just called and said they are not a certified dealer anymore and they couldn't fix the side by side. After having it a MONTH!!!!! And they charge $82 for a oil change. Never will they get any business from us or our family.
I don't recommend santa fe powersports, I picked up my moto z6 this past week and after spending $464.67 the work was subpar and the excuses were unacceptable, they are a moto dealer. but I now understand why they have the worst reviews in the area. my advise is to go elsewhere
Doug was great with helping us buy a boat. Great service.
Devin made our boat shopping experience very pleasant. Highly recommended to anyone who's looking to buy a boat!
