Worst experience in customer service in the past five years. The salesman, Doug, was too busy playing card game on computer to speak to me face to face. When confronted about his his inconsiderate service, he comes out of building red faced yelling cuss words. Will never recommend anyone to ever go there.

We took our Massimo side by side there since it was in warranty on Jan 31. After awful customer service, no communication, and them telling us it was this and that we had to call Massimo ourselves to figure out what the issue was. They just called and said they are not a certified dealer anymore and they couldn't fix the side by side. After having it a MONTH!!!!! And they charge $82 for a oil change. Never will they get any business from us or our family.
Doug was great with helping us buy a boat. Great service.
I would not even give this place 1 star!! This place sells horrible products and do not stand behind them. When you take your side by side that you have only had for a month that you're already having problems with to get it fixed and they tell you that everything is perfect with it when its not its in worse shape than it was when he took it to get it fixed! Then you get it back go riding and your one year old child gets burnt from it catching on fire! Then they tell you they only want to fix it yet again when they couldn't ... read more
