Extremely rude!!!!! This was my first time ever in the store and I asked a simple question about a product, before I can finish my sentance, the Rude lady that obviously has better things to do other than help customers cut me off and was asking for more information about the part. Undertanding that someone with no knowledge about what they sell have to look on the computer to give an answer, she could have politely asked for that information after I was done speaking. Will not ever return.
Great place for sthil chainsaws and power equipment. I bought a saw and they had it ready in less than 5min. Great customer service, they explained me how to start and run the saw.. even full tank of gasoline and bar oil in Ready for work. 100% recommended!
Beware debit card surcharge scam here! Sign says 3% surcharge on credit cards, so I ask for a debit transaction. $33 surcharge anyway, and it appears it was entered as a credit card transaction by employee 1 who had just confirmed I wanted debit. I point out their “mistake” and employee 2 explains the surcharge applies to ALL transactions run through their card reader, including debit.
