I have been going to this business for at least 30 years, and have always experienced competent respectful and prompt attention. Yesterday morning I took in a chain saw I had purchased from tham about 2 years ago. It had a serious mechanical problem. That afternoon they had a new chain saw replacement ready for me, covered by the saw's 3 year warrantee. They've also helped me small parts to keep some of my older gear going. My gear is all Stihl, and these folks really know these products.
Won't go there again. They had my generator from August 2024 to December 2025. Said they couldn't get parts. I was too patient. Got it back and it didn't even run 5 times before it now has a new issue of over heating in less than 5 minutes of running. Now it won't even start. Hearing it can't be fixed and not getting charged almost $400 dollars would've been a better solution. Total waste of time and money. Don't go there.

Rude . No customer service skills .... Trash employees.... Never will I ever step foot in the place again.
