I left NM about 30 years ago and when I saw this at the market I had to buy some. I went back and bought it all. This is the first real chili's I have had in all that time. Unfortunately the market I go to has stopped selling it, None on the shelf. Where in NC can I buy it. I've only one jar left and need to replenish.
I 1st encountered this green chili at the hotel that my wife worked at. And I was in love from the very 1st bite. She was able to get the owner to allow her to bring home a couple of jars for me. And I went through both jars in record time. It is by far the best green chili salsa I have ever tasted. And I can't wait to get my hands on some more.
