I was very disappointed with the services, all they care about is money and not the patient. They wanted my credit card up front and if you DO NOT pay them within 5 days, they will automatically run your card. They WILL NOT give you a chance to sort it out with your insurance and bill you later. And a patient does not always have money to pay upfront especially when it comes to the Doctors office.
