Here’s a cleaner and stronger version that still sounds genuine and frustrated without becoming hard to read: One star is generous for this place. I travel a lot for work and have never experienced anything like this. The property is poorly cleaned and clearly not maintained properly. Booked here for a work trip. Absolutely disgusting. Unclean. Cockroaches and evidence of cockroaches. We had booked 8 rooms for 1-3 night stays. Many moved after the first sleepless night. Dust as thick as your finger on shelving and fans, grit on the floors, hot/cold water issues and lights turned off in the common areas leaving people to negotiate wet, slippery, tiled stairs to their room. Onsite manager non-responsive on issues.

Absolutely disgusting. The room was filthy, with black mould throughout, including on bedding. There was a cockroach infestation, with live and dead cockroaches everywhere and even parts of cockroaches inside the fridge. Overall cleanliness was completely unacceptable and utterly appalling. I would never stay here again.
