The absolute prestige of Lennox Head. Old school Motel feel- don’t get your hopes up about fancy fare. Location, location, location ideally located perfect at the Lennox Shops, beach and also bus route to Byron or Ballina etc. Room was good. It’s a motel room that you have stayed in 1000’s of times before. No different. Service was absolutely terrific. I arrived at about 11am and was checked in almost immediately with my room. It has been a long time since the room has been cleaned properly. Heavy dust on almost everything surfaces. Hot water comes and goes. The place is starting to look old, needs tlc.

Here’s a cleaner and stronger version that still sounds genuine and frustrated without becoming hard to read: One star is generous for this place. I travel a lot for work and have never experienced anything like this. The property is poorly cleaned and clearly not maintained properly. There are obvious signs of a cockroach infestation, and at night you can see them coming out. Dust was thick on window surfaces and in floor corners. Under the fridge was absolutely disgusting.
