Booked a vacation to get married at one of their homes. Then COVID-19 happened, everything was closed including court house, restaurants and state parks. So we tried to work out a refund and they refused. Now the same home is listed for over twice the amount and they would not honor the original rental price. We had another rental for a couple more days and we got that refund the same day. Would not recommend do business with this company.
I booked a rental very far in advance for me and my son to go explore Santa Fe. I searched for a very long time, days, to find what I thought would be the perfect rental for us. Two days before we were due to arrive they called me and told me that they had double-booked the last night of our stay. They wanted to move me to another rental that wasn't as good and it was double booked too. The rental I stayed in was a clean beautiful home with excellent views and had the Santa Fe charm. I would highly recommend Santa Fe Luxury Rentals for your next trip to Santa Fe .
