I made an order online and they had to call me back and tell me almost nothing I ordered was in stock. They said their system only updated once a week, so there is no way to know what they actually have in stock online. I usually try to support the small guy but if you value your time, and can’t be there in person, as this is the only way to know what they have in stock at any given time, it’s probably best to order else where that’s more professionally run.
Sloths when it comes to being helpful. 3 employees behind the counter and after 15 minutes I'm still waiting.
Placed an order and they’re out of stock. They called me to let me know and that’s great. I run a small business and didn’t get back to them right away. They just kept my money no return call no nothing. They could have just refunded me but instead they just kept my money that’s OK I’ll buy elsewhere as I get busier. Thanks!

********************UPDATE********************** SFJS is under new ownership and they are LOVELY! My experience today was 180 degrees from my previous two experiences. The staff was WONDERFUL, and not just to me. I observed each staff member treating customers with kindness and patience. I was helped by a very knowledgeable, patient, and sweet young person.
