Placed an order and they’re out of stock. They called me to let me know and that’s great. I run a small business and didn’t get back to them right away. They just kept my money no return call no nothing. They could have just refunded me but instead they just kept my money that’s OK I’ll buy elsewhere as I get busier. Thanks!

********************UPDATE********************** SFJS is under new ownership and they are LOVELY! My experience today was 180 degrees from my previous two experiences. The staff was WONDERFUL, and not just to me. I observed each staff member treating customers with kindness and patience. I was helped by a very knowledgeable, patient, and sweet young person. I am from out of town and not familiar with this business, but was greeted at the door by friendly, helpful staff. They worked with me and helped me select great findings and beads along with well priced sterling wire and sheet. I would come again and again. The prices and selection are fantastic and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful.
