We serve patients and providers of northern New Mexico for all imaging needs, including MRI, mammography, CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, and Interventional Radiology. Santa Fe Imaging is the only "Center of Excellence" as designated by the American College of Radiology in Northern New Mexico.

At the end of March, I had a mammogram. I previously had one a few years ago at SFI with no issues. This time was a completely different experience. The woman who administered the procedure never introduced herself. She roughly put my breast on the shelf of the machine and clamped down hard. It was so painful that I called out for her to stop. I have been going to Santa Fe Imaging for all my needs for many years. It usually is a good visit however needed some imaging done and asked how much co-pay would be prior to making appointment. I was instructed of an amount twice and got a double amount when billed. When attempting to resolve issue No call back no care in the world from staff or management and even director. This place is going down and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I will be going elsewhere from now on.
HIPPA indiscretion and power trip on part of the MRI technicians. Had an MRI in December which went exceptionally well. I needed a followup two months later. First one allowed to wear shorts for image on a knee, second required me their gown. No consistency. Tech on a power trip, both employees in MRI RUDE. They also were asking me HIPPA protected information and revealing confidential medical information by asking direct questions about my medical history in the hallway and in the MRI waiting room. 5 Star Medical Care! 2019-01-29 Respectful and efficient staff and concerned, excellent, and involved doctors! Timely and organized scheduling with prompt follow up. I did not have to chase after anyone. Perfect size operation: big enough to offer World Class equipment such as the Siemens 3T Skya MRI technology however not too big to be unable to offer the feeling of one on one patient care and communications.
