Charming and delicious with the most knowledgeable staff! I not only got honey, but a ton of skincare products and candles too!
A father and son died and you guys took down the memorial they had up... You could've reached out to the family and made other arrangements. Used to go here everytime I'd visit Santa Fe... Not anymore.

Now, this was fun. The owner talked us through each variety, of which there were about 3 dozen. He let us sample whatever we liked - indeed, he has a whole tasting table set up for just that purpose. It was close to closing time, but he explained the bees, how honey gets its flavor, specialty varieties (like one that can only be harvested every seventh year), and more. We tried bee pollen.
