I was very excited to work with Santa Fe Granite; I went to the showroom, picked out two remnants for use in my bathroom remodels, and had them held for fabrication and installation. Two weeks later (and keep in mind, I offered to purchase them at the time they were held), I was called to say that they 'mistakenly sold them' with nothing more than a hollow apology.
