I Met Jeff at the hardware store today and he graciously helped me with a door knob repair even though we were both customers. He gave me the advice I needed to fix it, helped me with my mistake and even offered to come to our house to help. What good service!
Absolutely wonderful customer service. We called and requested about 12 large panes of glass for a greenhouse and not only was Jason friendly, but they were able to get the glass done the same day so our project wasn’t delayed. I will absolutely use them again. Also very good pricing.
