Order a pair of glass for a window, had a family member pick it and they didn’t say nothing about the possibilities of the glass breaking or even packaging the corner like other companies do. We are down $91 dollars for the single piece out the two. :/

Unfortunately, not a good company to do business with. Instead of taking responsibility for their error, the employee doubled down on unprofessional practices. Maybe its time to calibrate your leadership. Hire people with integrity.

I sent in a quote for 3 windows. I got 1 installed. Thought it was for 3 keep in mind. And the labor for 2 guys for 30 min is ridiculous ($580) and not real sure with the charge of $40 for “Lees summit tax” Definitely going to use Mo Kan glass from here on out! Also quoted me 3 weeks to order and install. And it was 8 weeks
