Sybille Murray was wonderful. She answered all my questions regarding financial aid and work study, and took the time to really understand my situation and help me the best she could my financial aid experience son the fix had been nothing short of wonderful
the WORST type of service. i dont understand why college students have to struggle so much with trying to do something for their living. financial aid doesn’t care about students, it is insanely hard to get in contact with them. i don’t understand why, we’re putting in our effort AND MONEY. we’re STRUGGLING ENOUGH.
It’s absurd that accessing funds needed for tuition, groceries, and basic living has been such a headache. The financial aid office repeatedly redirects students, causing unnecessary delays, even when all paperwork and FAFSA submissions are correct and on time. Getting the aid you qualify for shouldn’t be this difficult.
Called an hour and a half before close. Was 1/1 callers sat in hold for an hour and a half and then they closed. Payments were due that day and now I won’t be able to sort out my financial aid before the deadline
