Our family rarely gets to gather for a meal, so this was a very special occasion for us. However, the booth we were shown was far too small for our party, and the waitress was reluctant to help. Given the poor attitude and lack of accommodation, we decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. It's just not good business to let a party of 8 walk out the door.
One-star experience. We visited Santa Fe Cattle Company Steakhouse in Enterprise with a party of six on Mother’s Day, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Other members of our party had eaten here before and said they had not had an experience like this, although it had been a while since their last visit. Mother's Day sucked because of this place. Got there for lunch at almost 2pm. Had a 45 minutes wait for a table. Then waited a hour and a half but still didn't get any food. Got blamed by hostess that she wrote down 2 customers instead of our 5. Kept getting excuses from the waitress. We are short in the kitchen. Our bus boy left. Short on waiting staff.
