Best Place Santa Fe's service has improved alot. And, I love their new lower prices. There are alot of car washes in my area but I just don't like vacuuming and hand wipping my car in the cold and in the sun. In my opinion they're the best full service car wash and detailing in the area. They're the busiest too which tells alot.
Long Lines My experience left me waiting in line for about 20 minutes, and only having to point out missed areas after they said the car was ready. Basic car wash wil run you about 12.00. For paying such high prices, you would expect the finished job to be better. Prices are on the high side. Staff is friendly, but very busy and it makes you feel as you are being rushed to pay and make room for the next person. Getting to the location can be a chore too. Bad detailing work Paid $140 for bumper to bumper wash and detail. Waited almost 2 hours to have to take it back the next day since there were still bugs on my front bumper and interior windows were streaked. After getting my car the second time there were still bugs and spots on the drivers side windows. Will not go back for their detailing services. Even though Zac, the manager, was nice the service received was less than desired for the money spent.
