Better than chipotle in taste and pricing

I stopped by for some takeout and was pleasantly surprised. The tacos I had were amazing and my 90 yr old mom loved her quesadilla. Everything was fresh and perfectly seasoned. The restaurant was clean and bright. I'm sure I'll be back soon.
Great $6 burrito deal on Monday nights, offers by no cilantro at 8 PM. Not 9:50, 10 minutes before closing, but 8 PM, no cilantro, at a Mexican restaurant.
"New" place in town, thought to check it out. Staff were friendly enough and there was a wide selection of offerings and ingredients. Went with a burrito; while flavorful and tender, the meat (carnitas) was wetter than I'd like. The carnitas - and other meats - are stewing in their juices / broth (and keeping warm) prior to being scooped up into a burritto, bowl, etc. That said, it'd be nice if the had drained it a bit more before adding it to my burritto.
