This burger is life! There isn’t a better burger anywhere..yum-yum.
We had eaten there a few years ago and enjoyed the prize winning Green Chile Cheeseburgers very much. However our visit on 09/05/26 was mediocre at best. The chalupa bowl was flavorless and the ingredients didn't seem fresh. The regular burger was dry and flavorless, the Green Chile Cheeseburger had none of the spicy, fresh flavor from before. Do better!
We heard so many good things about this place and sadly were disappointed. I wouldn’t take the 15 min drive if you’re near the plaza area visiting Santa Fe. We went for the green chili cheeseburger and it was pretty mediocre. Lacked flavor and was too charred. The queso was truly nacho cheese from a can. Everyone was nice, but the service was slow. I hope the restaurant is successful, but just hoping to help tourists make an educated decision on whether the drive is worth it.
